Common Questions

Is this the same as hiring a cleaner or handyman?

No. Aaron’s Whole Home Concierge is broader than cleaning or one-time handyman work.

I help manage the ongoing tasks that keep a home running smoothly. That can include household tasks, small maintenance items, errands, seasonal preparation, contractor coordination, property checks, and the things that tend to build up when life gets busy.

Some visits may include light household tasks like laundry, dishes, tidying, or putting things back where you want them. Other visits may be more focused on maintenance, errands, repairs, or seasonal work.

The service is designed around the needs of the home, not a fixed checklist.

What types of tasks can you help with?

Every home is different, but common tasks include:

  • Home maintenance checks

  • Air exchanger and mini-split filter cleaning

  • Dryer vent checks and cleaning coordination

  • Garbage and recycling support

  • Laundry, dishes, tidying, and household resets

  • Errands and supply pickups

  • Small repairs and adjustments

  • Seasonal setup and winterizing

  • Cottage and property checks

  • Contractor communication and scheduling

  • Meeting service providers at the home

  • Keeping track of open tasks and follow-ups

During regular visits, I can take care of recurring items and also work through the list of things that have come up since the last visit.

Do you offer regular weekly or bi-weekly service?

Yes. Most clients use the service on a recurring schedule.

Some clients book a half-day every two weeks. Others have weekly half-day or full-day visits. Some homes need more frequent support, especially during busy seasons, while travelling, or when managing more than one property.

The schedule can be adjusted over time as we learn what level of support works best.

What happens if my task list is longer than the scheduled visit?

I’ll complete what I can within the scheduled time and focus on the most important items first.

If something cannot be completed during that visit, it can be carried forward, prioritized for the next visit, or we can discuss adding extra time. The goal is to keep the list moving without turning every visit into a scramble.

Can I leave a list of tasks for each visit?

Yes. Many clients send a list before each visit or keep a running list of things that need attention.

I can also help track recurring maintenance items so important home systems do not get forgotten. Over time, the service becomes more familiar and efficient because I get to know the home, the routines, and the way you like things done.

Do you bring supplies and tools?

For many small tasks, I can bring basic tools and supplies as needed.

Materials, replacement parts, specialty supplies, disposal fees, rental equipment, and outside contractor costs are not included in the monthly service price. Small purchases can usually be handled as part of the visit, while larger expenses will be discussed and approved first.

Do you do repairs?

Yes, small repairs and maintenance items can often be handled as part of a regular visit.

For larger, specialized, structural, or licensed trade work, I can help coordinate with the appropriate professional. This may include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, structural repairs, or larger renovation work.

The goal is to make sure the right person handles the right job.

Do you work with cottages or seasonal properties?

Yes. Cottage and seasonal property support can be part of a regular or custom plan.

This may include property checks, seasonal setup, winterizing, arranging service providers, meeting contractors, preparing for guests, or helping keep the property looked after when you are not there.

Can the service change seasonally?

Yes. Many homes need different support at different times of year.

Spring setup, summer property care, fall cleanup, winterizing, holiday preparation, travel, and cottage openings or closings can all change the amount of support needed. Your schedule can stay consistent or adjust during busier seasons.

Do you offer one-time visits?

The service is designed primarily for ongoing clients, but one-time or occasional support may be available depending on schedule and scope.

If you only need help with a single project, I may be able to help directly or recommend another option.

How do monthly plans work?

Monthly plans are based on a recurring schedule.

For example, a starting plan may include one 4-hour visit every two weeks. Other clients may need weekly half-day visits, weekly full-day visits, or a custom schedule.

The plan can be adjusted over time based on what is actually useful in your home.

How much does it cost?

Ongoing home concierge visits start at $200 per 4-hour visit.

Monthly home management plans start at $400/month, which typically includes one half-day visit every two weeks.

What areas do you serve?

Aaron’s Whole Home Concierge serves homeowners in Greater Moncton and surrounding areas.

For homes, cottages, or properties outside the immediate area, availability may depend on location, travel time, and schedule.

How do we get started?

The first step is a consultation.

We’ll talk about your home, the tasks that keep piling up, the support you are looking for, and what kind of schedule might make sense. From there, we can choose a starting plan and adjust as needed.
