Aaron’s Whole Home Concierge is designed as an ongoing home management service, not a one-time task list.

Every home has its own rhythm. Some clients need a few hours every other week to stay ahead of maintenance and household tasks. Others need weekly support, seasonal property care, cottage help, errands, contractor coordination, and a trusted person who understands how the home runs.

​

Most clients begin with a simple recurring schedule, then adjust over time as I get to know the home, the property, and the tasks that make the biggest difference.

​

Ongoing home concierge visits start at $200 per 4-hour visit.


Monthly home management plans start at $400/month.

Pricing depends on the schedule, scope, property needs, and whether additional visits or special projects are required.

Every Other Week Home Support

Starting at $400/month

This is a good fit for homeowners who want reliable help staying ahead of the basics before they pile up.

​

This plan typically includes one 4-hour visit every two weeks.

​

Common tasks may include:

  • Home maintenance checks

  • Air exchanger and mini-split filter cleaning

  • Service reminders and coordination

  • Garbage and recycling support

  • Light household tasks

  • Errands and pickups

  • Small repairs and adjustments

  • Seasonal preparation

  • A running list of tasks completed and items to watch

This plan is ideal for homes that need steady support, but not weekly service.

Weekly Half-Day Home Concierge

This is one of the most common service rhythms for busy households.

A weekly half-day visit gives us time to handle recurring tasks, stay ahead of maintenance, and work through the extra list that naturally builds up in a home.

Common tasks may include:

  • Regular weekly household tasks

  • Laundry, dishes, tidying, or putting things back where you want them

  • Garbage and recycling

  • Scheduled home maintenance

  • Small repairs

  • Errands

  • Contractor coordination

  • Seasonal tasks

  • Replenishing household essentials

  • Priority task lists

Each visit is based on what matters most that week. If the list is longer than the scheduled time, I’ll complete what I can, prioritize with you, and carry the rest forward or recommend adding extra time.

Weekly Full-Day Home Management​
Starting at $1600/month

This plan is for homeowners who want a more complete level of support.

A weekly full-day visit allows for deeper home management, more proactive maintenance, larger task lists, errands, seasonal work, and coordination with outside trades or service providers.

​

This may include:

​

  • Regular household support

  • Preventive maintenance

  • Seasonal setup and shutdown tasks

  • Contractor scheduling and coordination

  • Meeting trades at the property

  • Cottage or secondary property support

  • Organizing and resetting spaces

  • Small repairs and odd jobs

  • Tracking ongoing issues

  • End-of-day updates

This plan works well for larger homes, busy professionals, families, frequent travellers, and homeowners who want fewer loose ends to manage themselves.

Custom Home, Cottage & Seasonal Support​​
Quoted based on schedule and scope

Some homes need more than a standard weekly or bi-weekly rhythm.

Custom plans are available for:

  • Larger properties

  • Cottages and seasonal homes

  • Frequent travel

  • Pool or hot tub support

  • Guest preparation

  • Opening or closing a property

  • Seasonal transitions

  • Multiple visits per week

  • Full-day or multi-day support

The schedule can also change throughout the year. Many homes need more support during spring setup, summer property care, fall cleanup, winterizing, and holiday or travel seasons.

The goal is to keep your home running smoothly, reduce the number of things sitting on your list, and give you back time and mental space.

Materials, Supplies & Outside Services​​​

Materials, supplies, disposal fees, rental equipment, and outside contractor costs are not included in the monthly service price.

​

When materials or outside services are needed, I’ll communicate clearly before moving forward. Small purchases can be handled as part of the visit, while larger expenses will be discussed and approved first.

​

Specialized trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, structural repairs, or major renovations are handled by qualified professionals. I can help coordinate that work when needed.

Starting Simple​​​

Most clients do not need to know the perfect plan before reaching out.

 

We can start with a conversation about your home, your recurring tasks, the things that keep getting pushed off, and the level of support that would actually make life easier.

From there, we can choose a starting schedule and adjust as needed.
